Hurleyville, NY – Former president Bill Clinton put in an appearance in support of Congressional District 19 candidate Josh Riley and other Democratic candidates on Thursday, Nov. 3, at the Hurleyville Performing Arts Centre. It was the first time a US president had visited Sullivan County since Jimmy Carter came to open fly fishing season in 1980. Though the president gave an impassioned speech, Riley lost to Marc Molinaro.
