42 Main Street gets a lift

Livingston Manor, NY – In the February 2023 issue of Manor Ink, we interviewed developer Randy Lewis about his plans to renovate the empty buildings at 42 and 44 Main Street, creating an offices-and-shops complex. Work has begun on the site, with the complete removal of 44 Main Street, and now the raising of the building at 42 Main to lift it above the flood zone, due to the not uncommon occurrence of flooding in the hamlet. The hefted structure is an impressive sight, and Manor Ink photographers snapped a few pictures for the paper. They’re included below.
